What forces will shape the work of 21st-century health communication leaders?

From its early roots in provider-based health education and public health campaigns, modern health communication has evolved into a recognized discipline that continues to grow and fragment with our varied audiences.

Exactly how far have we come in communicating about health? What lessons from the launch of the Affordable Care Act can we apply to new policies and challenges ahead? What can we imagine the future to hold, and how will we prepare tomorrow’s leaders? Let these questions fuel your inspiration as you hear from thought leaders whose experience and vision will help us prepare for the next decade of health communication.

Join us at this one-day conference celebrating a decade of leadership in professional health communication studies at Boston University. You will meet and network with professional health communicators from across the country, as well as journalists, faculty, alumni, students, and special guests.
