Innovation Guest Speaker — Lucas André, Founder & CEO of Fast Tennis

  • Starts: 6:00 pm on Wednesday, April 22, 2026
  • Ends: 7:30 pm on Wednesday, April 22, 2026

Join us for a special guest session with Lucas André, founder and CEO of Fast Tennis, one of Brazil’s fastest-growing sports franchises and a national reference in innovation, management, and customer experience. Lucas will share the story of how a local tennis project scaled into a network of over 150 franchisees and is working to build the world’s largest tennis academy. He combines academic training (master’s degree, PhD candidate at Fundação Dom Cabral) with hands-on experience launching, franchising, and scaling a customer-focused sports business.

  • Hear a real-world case of rapid, customer-centered innovation and scaling that connects directly with the course themes: ideation, problem discovery, prototyping, business models, pivoting, and scaling.
  • Learn concrete management and growth practices for franchising, operations, and consistent customer experience—useful for both startup projects and intrapreneurial efforts in established firms.
  • Gain insight into balancing discipline, purpose, and user experience to create sustainable, scalable ventures — topics emphasized throughout our MS in Innovation & Entrepreneurship curriculum (strategy, sustainability, technology).
