More Mindful, Less Stressed, Better Sleep, Less Self Judgement Mindfulness is a four-week series that will teach you the skill of mindfulness. It will also help you build the habit of using mindfulness in your life on a regular basis. Open to first-gen undergraduates, graduates, and professional students who will have access to a free mindfulness app. Grab-and-go dinner will be provided after the session, but you must be registered to attend so we know how much food to order. Sponsored by Marsh Chapel and led by BU Chaplain Rev. Dr. Karen Coleman.
