The Alumni Scholarship Fund

The Metropolitan College Alumni Scholarship Fund exists thanks to the generous donations of Metropolitan College alumni.

Since it was initiated in 1989 by a group of dedicated Metropolitan College alumni who understood the unique financial needs of the College’s part-time students, the Alumni Scholarship Fund has provided Metropolitan College students with the opportunity to excel at their studies by removing some of the financial stress of being a part-time student while managing a career.

To qualify for the Alumni Scholarship Fund, you must:

• Show evidence of financial need by filing a Free Application For Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
• Be enrolled in a MET degree program as a part-time student

Application Guidelines for Undergraduate Coursework

Undergraduate students are not required to submit an application. Scholarships are awarded in $1,000 increments for a specific semester. Students will be notified of their selection once their admissions application and FAFSA form have been processed confirming that all eligibility requirements have been met.
