Tuition & Payment Information
In a traditional tuition reimbursement process, you are billed by Boston University upfront and then reimbursed by your employer after you have completed each course.
For online program part-time tuition rates visit our online tuition page.
Employee Verification to Receive 5 Percent Scholarship
Once you have registered for courses, verify to Boston University Metropolitan College that you are an employee of AT&T by doing the following:
- Email metcorp@bu.edu from your employer email address. Please include your full name, BU ID, the semester and course name and number that you have registered for.
- Email metcorp@bu.edu if you later drop the course.
These steps must be followed every semester that you register for courses to ensure that you receive the 5 percent tuition reduction.
Payment
Payment for courses must be received by the deadline for the semester in which you are enrolled, as posted on Boston University’s Student Accounting Services website. The Student Accounting Services website also has information about Deferred Payment Plans, one of which permits deferral of 75 percent of tuition until after the semester ends. This plan is helpful for those who wish to decrease out-of-pocket expense while waiting for employer tuition reimbursement. Student Accounting can be contacted at 617-353-2264 or studenta@bu.edu.
