All options are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. At the time of application, you will be asked to rank your preferences among all available room types.<\/p>\n<h3>All apartments include:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Refrigerator<\/li>\n<li>Stove<\/li>\n<li>Kitchen table\/chairs, depending on the apartment layout<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable living room\/common room furniture<\/li>\n<li>24\/7 security \u2013 either residential security or key-lock entry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Each resident will be provided with:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bed frame with 38&#8243; wide \u00d7 80&#8243; long mattress (twin extra-long size)<\/li>\n<li>Dresser<\/li>\n<li>Desk and desk chair<\/li>\n<li>Free access to campus WiFi<\/li>\n<li>Mail<\/li>\n<li>Access to in-building or nearby coin-operated laundry facilities<\/li>\n<li>Use of the BUS, our campus shuttle<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>The Student Village Apartments<\/h3>\n<p>Modern, high-rise buildings \u2014 air-conditioned single bedroom within a four-person apartment.
