Sprawling nearly two miles along Commonwealth Avenue, our campus is always brimming with life. You’ll never have a shortage of ways to get from here, to there, or anywhere.<\/p>\n

Our Office<\/h3>\n

Visiting our main office for a meeting or a site visit? Events & Conference is located at 925 Commonwealth Avenue<\/a>, within the Agganis Arena building. The direct entrance to our office is along Agganis Way<\/a>. Look for the “Feld Public Skating Entrance \/ Events & Conference” sign.<\/p>\n

Getting Around<\/h3>\n

Luckily, we know a thing or two about navigating. Check out our resources for parking, public transpiration, as well as maps and schedules to keep you moving.<\/p>\n

Terrier Transit<\/h4>\n

Boston University's Terrier Transit app<\/a> is essential for planning trips around campus and the Boston area. The app provides turn-by-turn walking, transit, and bicycling directions including real-time arrival information for the BU Shuttle, local buses, and the subway. Available for iOS<\/a> and Android<\/a>.<\/p>\n

BU Maps<\/h4>\n

Boston University Maps<\/a> is a fully up-to-date, online resource for all buildings, parking lots, and locations on campus. Printable maps are available for the Charles River Campus<\/a> and the Fenway Campus<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Accessibility<\/h4>\n

An accessible campus map<\/a>, provided through the BU Maps system, directs you to audible crosswalk signals, accessible building entrances, lactation rooms, and all-gender bathrooms. Those with a state-issued disability placard or license plate may park free-of-charge at any on-street metered parking space. There is no discount for parking in BU parking facilities but accessible spaces are available to those with state-issued disability placards or license plates. Parking<\/h4>\n

Due to Boston University\u2019s urban setting, parking is limited. We encourage visitors to take public transportation as much as possible. Should your travel needs require parking, university lots are available for daily or overnight guest parking. Overnight parking is typically available at Lot B: Langsam Garage<\/a>.\u00a0If parking wasn't pre-arranged as part of your program, you can self-pay<\/a> at the garage. <\/span>On street parking is also available on certain streets. Read signs carefully.<\/p>\n

BU Shuttle (The BUS)<\/h4>\n

Get around campus in true BU style with the Boston University Shuttle (the BUS) You\u2019ll find a live map and line schedules on the BUS website<\/a>. Download Terrier Transit<\/a> for real-time arrival information and trip-planning assistance. The BUS is free to use and will always get you where you need to go.<\/p>\n

Bluebikes<\/h4>\n

Biking is a fast and fun way to get around Boston and, with over 4,000 bicycles available for rent at over 400 stations, Bluebikes makes biking easy. Utilize one of the eight convenient Bluebikes<\/a> stations along the Charles River Campus to travel around the campus and the city. Purchase a 24-hour \u201cAdventure Pass\u201d unlimited trips under 2 hours.<\/p>\n

Mass Transit (MBTA)<\/h4>\n

Boston\u2019s buses and subway, \u201cThe T,\u201d provide a welcome alternative to Boston traffic. The B Branch of the Green Line has multiple stops on the Charles River Campus and provides connections to other subway lines including those that go to South Station (Amtrak and bus station) and Logan Airport. Check the MBTA site for maps and schedules<\/a> and learn more about where to pick up a Charlie Card or Ticket<\/a>. Be sure to download Terrier Transit<\/a> for help planning your trips on MBTA buses and trains.<\/p>\n

Ride-hailing and Taxi Services<\/h4>\n
