Stay at 10 Buick Street
Private bedrooms in a shared apartment at 10 Buick Street will be available for booking in early 2025. Located at Boston University, 10 Buick Street is a modern air-conditioned high rise with 17 residential floors.
- All beds are twin-sized (single person) beds.
- Apartment is shared with others attending the conference.
- Each 100 sq. foot bedroom has a desk with a chair, dresser, and closet. Beds are made upon arrival and include sheets, blanket, comforter, and bath towels (daily housekeeping is not provided).
- A shared living area contains a table and chairs, couch, and a kitchen with a refrigerator, sink, stove, and microwave oven (cookware and utensils not provided).

- Check-in starts at 3:00 pm and check-out by 10:00 am.
- The building has 24-hour front desk security and an on-call desk attendant for late arrivals.
- Free guest WiFi.
- All individuals must have their own room reservation. Overnight guests are not permitted. Each bedroom accommodates one person.
- On-campus overnight parking is available for an additional cost.

Each shared apartment contains 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made 30 days before anticipated arrival to receive a refund. Reservations made within 30 days of the anticipated arrival date are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please consider purchasing travel insurance in case you need to cancel within 30 days.
Suitemate requests
You can request to share your apartment with another conference attendee when you reserve your room. Apartments are typically all men or all women unless a specific request is made otherwise. Rooms are assigned based on requested “suitemates”, gender identity, arrival date, and length of stay. We will do our best to honor requests for suitemates but requests are not guaranteed.
