*The DSLP program is supported by the federal HRSA/MCHB grant #2 T76MC0001727, and as such financial support is available only to U.S. citizens and permanent residents. 

How to Apply

There will be one application that will be used to apply to DSLP-URM and DSLP-LGBTQIA+. Students who meet eligibility criteria for both DSLP-URM and DSLP-LGBTQIA, can state on the application their interest in applying for both. 

1. Review the application questions and prepare appropriate responses | 2023-2024 Application Questions
2. Prepare your CV/resume
3. Complete and submit online application by Sunday, October 15th**, 2023. 11:59 PM. **newly extended deadline.

Note: Interviews with applicants may be requested.
