Contact Mail Services if you would like examples of the recommended sequence and position for delivery and return addresses<\/li>\n<li>Type or machine print all address information<\/li>\n<li>Use uppercase letters<\/li>\n<li>Omit punctuation<\/li>\n<li>Use two-letter state abbreviations<\/li>\n<li>Put City, State, and Zip + 4 in that order on last line.
