Arrivals

When you arrive in the U.K. you should report directly to your chosen building.  You must download the directions to your building and Immigration letter from your personal page before you leave for the UK. Be sure to check your email daily as it will contain important information concerning arrival and immigration.

Should you have any enquiries about your housing prior to arrival, please contact the Student Life Team.

Please note you must plan arrive to in student housing by 12 noon on arrivals day.

Early arrival
If available for your programme, students may arrive up to one day early at a cost of $55 to ensure arrival before 12 noon on arrivals day.

To apply for early arrival you must request via email to studentlife@bu-london.co.uk. If you do not apply, you may have to make alternative arrangements you arrive early and your room is not ready.

Departures

You are required to vacate housing by noon on departures date, the last day of your programme. Depending on your programme and exams, it may be possible to leave one or two days early subject to agreement. Before you leave you must complete the checkout procedure with your RLS or member of staff.

Please note you cannot store luggage with us after departure day.
