In this role, Natalie leads user experience research activities and events, organizes content strategy and publishing guidelines for library-authored web content, and contributes to the overall strategy and design of the library web presence. Their research interests include information architecture, participatory design, and cognitive load theory.<\/p>\n<p>In previous roles, Natalie was the User Experience Librarian at Syracuse University Libraries and served as a part-time adjunct at SU&#8217;s School of Information Studies, where they taught undergraduate curriculum courses related to Human-Computer Interaction (IST 349, Spring 2020) and Human-Centered Design (IST 341, Fall 2022).
