The workshops will be held in the Mugar Library in the Estin Room (302) on the 3rd floor.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">The workshop will be offered twice, on:<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><a href=\"https:\/\/bu.libcal.com\/event\/5439542\"><span>September 12, 2019, 2:00-4:00pm <\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">and<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><a href=\"https:\/\/bu.libcal.com\/event\/5618219\"><span>September 13, 2019, 10:00am-12:00pm<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Wikipedia editing has proven to be useful in academic courses, can serve as a form of service learning, and can lead to new informal communities of interest on campus.<\/p>\n<p><span>In this workshop we will:<\/span><span><\/span><span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Share some of the research and projects related to Wikipedia in higher education<\/li>\n<li><span>Go behind the scenes to see how Wikipedia works<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Do some hands-on editing in Wikipedia<\/li>\n<li>Discuss your questions with faculty and staff who are using Wikipedia at BU<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>No experience is necessary. Please join us for the entire event, or stop by for part.
