Boston University Libraries offers a request and contactless pickup service for books and other circulating materials for research and study.<\/p>\n

Request Materials Through BU Libraries 2 Go<\/h2>\n

1. Request through BU Libraries Search<\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Find your book(s) in BU Libraries Search.<\/li>\n
  2. Sign into your Library Account.<\/li>\n
  3. When items are available, a blue Request button will appear in the item record.<\/li>\n
  4. Complete optional fields as necessary, then select Request to submit.<\/li>\n
  5. You will receive an immediate confirmation that your request was submitted.<\/li>\n
  6. You will receive a notification in your BU email confirming your loan is ready with pickup details.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    2. Pick Up Your Items<\/h3>\n

    Check your Loan Receipt email for pick-up location and instructions. Items will be held for five\u00a0business days, beginning the day after receiving the email confirmation. For more information, see Visiting the Libraries.<\/p>\n

    3. Return When You’re Done<\/h3>\n
