When you are logged into BU Libraries Search, you will see an option to &#8220;Request&#8221; the book. Regular circulating items may be renewed as many times as you wish unless the item is recalled.<\/p>\n<p>If your patron record is blocked, email <a href=\"mailto:ask@bu.edu\">ask@bu.edu<\/a> for assistance from our User Services department. Staff will need to clear your record before you can renew or check out materials.<\/p>\n<h2>Returns<\/h2>\n<p>You can return library items to any branch library.
