Jade loves to read, and spends a lot of her spare time reading. She managed to read for at least one hour each day during her eighth grade school year and reads a lot during the summer as well.
Jade also enjoys cooking and baking and though she isn't the best at it, she often helps her parents in the kitchen.
Jade plays the flute and the piccolo in her school's band and she also takes private lessons.
Sometimes, in her spare time, Jade creates music using GarageBand on her iPad. Her two most recent projects are both instrumental versions of songs from the movie The Greatest Showman.
Jade also collects many things, but she is most proud of her quarter collection and her sand collection. Jade's sand collection consists of sand around the world. It includes sand that her and her family have collected, plus sand that has been donated by others to her collection. As for Jade's quarter collection, right now, Jade is trying to collect all of the quarters in the America the Beautiful series. She even has a collection book where she keeps all of the quarters that she's collected.
