Hi! I'm Emily Liu, a co-creator of this website. I love playing the flute both solo and in a band. I started in 4th grade because I was inspired by my grandpa. Although I'm not much of a dancer, music corresponds with dance and seeing the relation is fascinating. Working on this website with Bhavika was a wonderful opportunity for me to learn about the dances around the world!

I've been doing it for around 2 years now, but my passion from dance started many years ago. Any form of dance brings me such joy and I wanted to share my love and appreciation of all dance forms around the world by making the website with my friend Emily!
