Jeffrey N. Saviano<\/strong> is the EY Global Tax Innovation Leader. Based in Cambridge, Massachusetts Jeff is a Partner with EY and a member of EY\u2019s global innovation leadership team. He advises governments and commercial enterprises on the risks, opportunities, and policy implications emanating from innovative technology and data systems. Jeff also leads teams in the discovery, design, and commercialization of new solutions, with an emphasis on the development of new advanced technology systems and business models grounded in Web3, artificial intelligence, and data science.<\/p>\n

Jeff is a founding member of The Prosperity Collaborative<\/em>, a multi-stakeholder initiative dedicated to helping countries create better tax systems through innovative technology as digital public goods. Members of the Collaborative include MIT, EY, and The World Bank Group.<\/p>\n

Jeff is an MIT Connection Science<\/em> Fellow. In 2020, Jeff joined New America for a one-year Senior Fellowship with the Digital Impact and Governance Initiative (DIGI)<\/em>, studying digital public infrastructure. In 2021 Jeff was appointed by U.S. Secretary of Commerce Gina Raimondo to the Trade Finance Advisory Council<\/em>, where he advised the Commerce Department in the identification of effective ways to expand access to trade finance for U.S. exporters and their foreign buyers, with an emphasis on new fintech investments to fuel economic growth.<\/p>\n

Further, Jeff is the host of the Better Innovation<\/a> podcast, featuring interviews with technology and innovation thought leaders.
