For over a decade, Ben has advised entrepreneurs, companies and investors on all aspects of the startup company life cycle. Beyond his law firm experience, Ben has held in-house legal positions, served as a director of a micro venture capital fund and, prior to attending law school, was general faculty at the University of Virginia. Ben frequently lectures on startup and venture capital law at local colleges and universities.
