She is also a partner at Sullivan &amp; Worcester LLP and a member of the firm\u2019s Management Committee. Amy concentrates her practice in the area of employee benefits and executive compensation, with particular expertise in the design, structuring and compliance of complex compensation and benefit arrangements.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Her work includes advising on qualified and nonqualified retirement plans, nonqualified deferred compensation, welfare plans (including Affordable Care Act and HIPAA compliance) and equity-based compensation. She is widely recognized for her deep knowledge of Internal Revenue Code Sections 409A, 457(f), and 457A, and is known for her innovative approach to structuring deferred compensation, bonus and phantom equity arrangements. Amy is also a thought leader on the legal implications of post-<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dobbs<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> developments on employee benefit plan design and administration.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">She advises clients across a wide range of industries\u2014including fintech and blockchain, life sciences, healthcare, real estate, education, esports and gaming, hospitality and nonprofit organizations\u2014working with businesses from early-stage startups to large public companies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Amy was named to <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly\u2019s<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 2024 \u201cTop Women of Law\u201d and was selected by the <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">National Law Journal<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> as a 2022 Employment Law Trailblazer.
