A member of the firm\u2019s Corporate and Tax practice groups, Mr. Hunt represents clients throughout all stages of the entity life cycle, including formation, capitalization, equity incentive plans, debt and equity financing, and mergers and acquisitions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mr. Hunt was the recipient of both the Ernest M. Haddad Award and the LLM Pro Bono Award upon graduation from the Graduate Tax Program. Prior to his appointment to the adjunct faculty, Mr. Hunt served as a Teaching Assistant from 2014 to 2018 in the Graduate Tax Program.
