Mr.\u00a0King also represents whistleblowers and clients facing business disputes or government investigations and prosecutions.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, Mr.\u00a0King spent nearly fifteen years at two Boston litigation boutiques, the first as an associate and the second as a partner. He led the latter firm\u2019s appellate practice, handling appeals arising from the firm\u2019s civil and criminal cases. He also has extensive trial experience, having tried several jury trials to verdict, including two federal jury trials in the U.S. District for the District of Massachusetts.<\/p>\n<p>Mr.\u00a0King earned his Bachelor of Arts in English at Cornell University and his Juris Doctor with Honors at the George Washington University Law School, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the George Washington International Law Review. Prior to law school, he worked as an English editor for the law firm of Lee, Tsai &amp; Partners in Taipei and Shanghai.<\/p>\n<p>Mr.\u00a0King is an active member of the American Bar Association, where he currently serves on the Judicial Division\u2019s Court Technology Committee; previously, he served on the ABA\u2019s Cybersecurity Legal Task Force.
