Dicker"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"s3\">Lisa<\/span><span class=\"s3\"> <\/span><span class=\"s3\">Dicker is a <\/span><span class=\"s3\">Lecturer on Law at Harvard Law School and a <\/span><span class=\"s3\">Clinical Instructor in the Harvard Negotiation &amp; Mediation Clinical Program<\/span><span class=\"s3\">\u2019s Dispute Systems Design Clinic, <\/span><span class=\"s3\">collaborating with organizations such as the UN IOM, the US Institute of Peace, Justice Call, <\/span><span class=\"s3\">Accountability Counsel, <\/span><span class=\"s3\">and Freedom House. Pr<\/span><span class=\"s3\">eviously<\/span><span class=\"s3\">, Lisa was Counsel at a global pro bono law firm where she advised on peace negotiations, conflict prevention, transitional justice, and post-conflict democratic transitions. Her portfolio included advising delegations to the Sudanese Peace Talks, the Sudanese Constitutional Declaration negotiations, the UN-led Intra-Syrian Peace Process, and the Astana Ceasefire Talks for Syria; counseling practitioners across the Middle East &amp; North Africa on community-led transitional justice efforts; advising the Tanzanian government and civil society actors on efforts to counter violent extremism; and supporting localized peacebuilding efforts in Yemen.<\/span><span class=\"s3\"> <\/span><span class=\"s3\">Lisa has also been an Adjunct Professor in Bay Path University\u2019s M.S. Leadership &amp; Negotiation program<\/span><span class=\"s3\">. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s3\">Lisa\u2019s practitioner work and research is at the intersection of public international law and conflict resolution.
