Witherell is a lecturer for the Boston University School of Law Graduate Tax Program and teaches Estate Planning.\u00a0 She is a shareholder at the law firm of Bove Langa Witherell &amp; Soiffer, P.C. in Boston, Massachusetts.\u00a0 Her practice areas include wealth preservation, incapacity and estate planning both domestic and international, gift transaction planning, preparation of gift and estate tax returns, business succession planning, prenuptial agreements, trust administration and probate administration.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ms. Witherell is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and holds the designation of Accredited Estate Planner from the National Association of Estate Planners &amp; Councils.\u00a0 Additionally, she writes and lectures both nationally and locally including serving as a frequent lecturer and contributing author for Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education.\u00a0 She serves on the Steering Committee the Boston Probate and Estate Planning Forum and is involved in the Boston Estate Planning Council, the Massachusetts Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.\u00a0 Ms. Witherell holds an LL.M. in Taxation from Boston University School of Law Graduate Tax Program and was the recipient of the Ernest M.
