Dan is currently Senior Associate General Counsel at a financial technology firm based in New York, NY.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Dan\u2019s in-house practice largely focuses on commercial, corporate and regulatory matters. Prior to his current role, Dan was Senior Counsel at a global investment management firm based in Boston.
