He previously served on the firm&#8217;s Advisory Board. <\/span><span class=\"s4\"><\/span><span class=\"s4\">Roger served as co-chair of <\/span><span class=\"s4\">Bingham McCutchen LLP\u2019s <\/span><span class=\"s4\">global <\/span><span class=\"s4\">financial services <\/span><span class=\"s4\">practice<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> and as a member of its Executive Board prior to that firm\u2019s combination with Morgan Lewis<\/span><span class=\"s4\">. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s3\"><span class=\"s4\">Roger\u2019s<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> clients have included registered mutual funds and closed-end funds, investment advisers and independent directors<\/span><span class=\"s4\">,<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> as well as sponsors of private equity funds, hedge funds and offshore funds. <\/span><span class=\"s5\">Roger has participated in many innovative developments in the investment management industry, including heading the legal team that developed the master\/feeder legal structure and shepherding the first funds using that structure through the U<\/span><span class=\"s5\">.<\/span><span class=\"s5\">S<\/span><span class=\"s5\">.<\/span><span class=\"s5\"> registration process.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s3\"><span class=\"s4\"><\/span><span class=\"s4\">At Boston University School of Law, Roger teaches a course on the regulation of money management.
