Alex is currently based in the Boston area and previously spent nearly 25 years in London and Hong Kong.\u00a0 During his more than 30-year legal career, he advised clients on managing enterprise and execution risk associated with debt financing (particularly high yield debt issuances), acquisition financing, IPOs, and distressed restructuring.
