Jenny negotiated complex financial and commercial contracts with multi-jurisdictional asset and wealth managers, insurers, <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW61838196 BCX0\">banks<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW61838196 BCX0\"> and private equity funds. Prior to that, she oversaw all aspects of legal affairs for startups and small businesses in the biotech industry. She worked with large law firms in various regions, including New York, <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW61838196 BCX0\">Hong <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW61838196 BCX0\">Kong<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW61838196 BCX0\"> and Shanghai.
