He is currently the General Counsel of Material Bank, a venture-backed platform for sourcing architectural and design samples.\u00a0 Before that he was an executive and General Counsel of, respectively, nToggle, a venture backed provider of programmatic digital advertising technology; Jumptap, a leading mobile advertising platform company; the Princeton Review, a publicly-traded test preparation and educational services company; Upromise, a marketing services and educational finance company; and The Learning Company, Inc., an NYSE listed developer and publisher of educational and other consumer software through its sale to Mattel.
