Computershare is a global leader in transfer agency, employee equity plans, proxy solicitation, stakeholder communication, trustee for securitized mortgages and debt and servicer of other diversified financial and government services.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Steve&#8217;s prior experience was at State Street Corporation as Vice President and Associate Counsel.
