He serves as the International Legal Coordinator of Foro\u00a0Penal, a Venezuelan NGO that operates\u00a0as a network of criminal defense attorneys. In this role, Mr. Henr\u00edquez represents\u00a0victims of human rights violations before international bodies, including the Inter-American human rights system, the UN human rights mechanisms, and the International Criminal Court. Based in Boston, Mr. Henr\u00edquez runs his own immigration law practice, focusing mostly on removal defense and various humanitarian forms of relief. He also participates\u00a0in Stanza Law, PC, based in New York, a small practice on refugee law, international human rights, and international criminal law. With admissions to practice law in New York and Venezuela, he holds an LLM degree from New York University with a concentration in justice and human rights, as well as another LLM degree from the National University of Singapore, with a concentration in international and comparative law. He earned his law degree from the University of Carabobo, in Venezuela.
