His practice encompasses M&amp;A transactions, strategic investments, entity formation, and angel, seed, and venture financings \u2013 topics on which he has regularly guest lectured at MIT\u2019s Sloan School of Management for over a decade. He draws on this experience to represent clients across the sports and entertainment industries, counseling individuals and organizations on equity investments, branding agreements, and other strategic transactions that advance their business and entrepreneurial goals.
