Law faculty teaching courses may add any additional items to reserve they feel would be of interest to students in their classes. Please send your reserve requests as far in advance as possible to ensure the materials will be available when needed. Faculty members are responsible for obtaining permissions from copyright holders for any copied materials.<\/p>\n<p>Please <a href=\"http:\/\/bu-law.libanswers.com\/form.php?queue_id=1691\">Ask Us<\/a>\u00a0if you have any questions about course reserves.<\/p>\n<p>If you would like to donate copies of your required course materials to the library, or temporarily place additional copies of your assigned texts on reserve, contact lawlib@bu.edu. These materials will circulate with our standard course reserve rules (3 hour loan, up to 2 renewals), unless otherwise requested.\u00a0 All personal materials not donated to the collection will be returned to faculty at the end of each semester.<\/p>\n<h3>Electronic Reserves<\/h3>\n<p>We are happy to link to any electronic documents that you provide and would like to make available for your students.\u00a0 Please <a href=\"http:\/\/bu-law.libanswers.com\/form.php?queue_id=1691\">Ask Us<\/a>\u00a0to add electronic reserve materials.<\/p>\n<p>Most materials available on licensed databases may be linked from Blackboard Learn course pages.\u00a0 Your <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bu.edu\/lawlibrary\/faculty\/research-support\/librarian-liaisons\/\" title=\"Librarian Liaisons\">librarian liaison<\/a> can provide links to specific sources to be included on course pages.<\/p>\n<h3>Films for Classroom Use<\/h3>\n<p>The library owns a small collection of films for classroom use. These films may be found in the <a href=\"https:\/\/bu-primo.hosted.exlibrisgroup.com\/pds?func=load-login&amp;institute=BOSU&amp;calling_system=primo&amp;url=http:\/\/buprimo.hosted.exlibrisgroup.com:80\/primo_library\/libweb\/action\/login.do?targetURL=http:\/\/buprimo.hosted.exlibrisgroup.com:80\/primo_library\/libweb\/action\/dlSearch.do?dscnt=0&amp;onCampus=true&amp;vid=BULAW&amp;institution=BOSU\">library catalog<\/a>. The BU\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bu.edu\/library\/mugar-memorial\/research\/krasker-filmvideo\/\">Krasker Film\/Video<\/a>\u00a0collection consists of over 18,500 film and video titles for classroom use in current University classes. Please contact Krasker directly\u00a0for assistance in locating or obtaining movies held\u00a0in their collection for classroom use.<\/p>\n<h3>Course Materials<\/h3>\n<p>FedEx Office can make multiple copies of course materials that cannot be posted to your Blackboard Learn site.\u00a0 The library can provide faculty with one clean scan of articles, cases, etc., to send to FedEx Office. Contact faculty services at <a href=\"mailto:facserv@bu-law.libanswers.com\"><span>facserv@bu-law.libanswers.com<\/span><\/a> for more information or assistance with requesting copies via FedEx Office.<\/p>\n<p>Faculty members are responsible for obtaining any necessary copyright permission(s).<\/p>\n<p>Your administrative assistant or a research assistant can scan non-library materials or extensive scans of library materials.\u00a0 Scanners are located on the Mezzanine, behind the Fineman circulation desk and on the third floor near the MyPrint help desk.<\/p>\n<h2>Law Exams<\/h2>\n<p>The Registrar\u2019s Office collects exams each semester and sends those that are approved for publication to the library. \u00a0Exams published in fall 2000 to present are scanned to provide online access to law students.\u00a0 You may <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bu.edu\/lawschoolexams\/\">view online exams<\/a> by Faculty name or Course title.\u00a0 Exams are available to current BU law faculty and law students only.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Please note<\/strong>: If you have memos, best answers, etc. you would like included with your exam, please contact <a href=\"mailto:lawlibraries@bu-law.libanswers.com\">lawlibraries@bu-law.libanswers.com<\/a> for assistance.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Reserves The library maintains a core collection of materials in the reserve areas behind the Fineman Circulation desk, including hornbooks, study aids, newspapers, and other frequently used items.
