Making a Reservation<\/h2>\n

  1. Visit\u00a0https:\/\/law.bu.libcal.com\/r\/new<\/a> or scan the QR code located outside any study room.<\/li>\n
  2. In the “Search Spaces” bar select “Fineman & Pappas Law Libraries.”<\/li>\n
  3. “Search by Time” to find a list of all the rooms available at your desired date\/time or “Search by Space” to see the availability for a specific room.\n

      1. Complete the form to generate a list of available rooms matching your criteria.\n

        1. Category: Study Room<\/li>\n
        2. Capacity: Select the number of people you are trying to accommodate. No preference? Select “All Spaces (not seats)”.<\/li>\n
        3. Zone: Select a floor if you have a preference (Mezzanine, 2nd Floor, 3rd Floor, or 4th floor). No preference? Select “Show All”.<\/li>\n
        4. Date: Select the date you need a room. Note: Reservations cannot be made more than 7 days in advance.<\/em><\/li>\n
        5. From: Enter the start time of your reservation.<\/li>\n
        6. Until: Enter the end time of your reservation. Note: Reservations cannot exceed 2 hours.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
        7. Once you’ve selected all your desired information, click Search to generate a list of available rooms meeting your criteria.<\/li>\n
        8. Select your desired space from the options listed and then click “Book Now”<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n

          1. In the “Seat\/Space\/Name” field type the room number of the space you’d like to book (e.g. 317).<\/li>\n
          2. Click on the icon associated with the room or the blue Show Availability” button.<\/li>\n
          3. Click “Go To Date” to locate the date you would like to make a reservation. Note: Reservations cannot be made more than 7 days in advance.<\/em><\/li>\n
          4. Select the start time of your desired reservation and then use the drop-down menu to select the end of your reservation. Note: reservations cannot exceed 2 hours.<\/em><\/li>\n
          5. When you’ve set your desired reservation time, click “Submit Times”).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
          6. Sign in with your BU username and password. Please note: only current members of the law community are eligible to reserve group study rooms.<\/em><\/li>\n
          7. Once signed in, add the names of everyone involved on your reservation and then click submit booking.<\/li>\n
          8. Check your email for confirmation of your booking and remember to bring your BU ID so you can swipe in to access your reserved study space.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
