These forms will help you stay on track with meeting the requirements for the JD program, such as the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/law\/about\/offices\/registrar\/forms\/intention-to-complete-upper-class-writing-requirement\/\">Upper-Class Writing Requirement<\/a>, and fulfilling other curricular requirements such as a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/law\/about\/offices\/registrar\/forms\/supervised-research-writing\/\">supervised research and writing project<\/a> (independent study) or a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/law\/about\/offices\/registrar\/forms\/concentration-program-participation\/\">concentration<\/a>. There are also forms here to help you <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/law\/about\/offices\/registrar\/forms\/find-a-faculty-advisor\/\">find a faculty advisor<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/law\/about\/offices\/registrar\/forms\/suggest-a-course\/\">suggest a course<\/a>, or request to be <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/law\/about\/offices\/registrar\/forms\/wait-list-form-for-closed-courses\/\">wait-listed for a closed course<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>All forms are also available in the Registrar&#8217;s Office on the fifth floor. Please note that forms requiring a signature may not be submitted online.
