It blends legal, academic, and language skills crucial for excelling in American law schools. Geared towards globally-minded practitioners, it delves deep into the U.S. legal system, fostering expertise in various legal domains while honing analytical, research, and advocacy skills. Structured over two years, the program mandates completing a minimum of 25 credits in the first year and 24 credits in the second. Offered as a full-time residential program, students can finish in four semesters, commencing in either Fall or Spring. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The program caters to LLM degrees in American Law, Intellectual Property, Banking and Financial Law, Tax Law, and a Master&#8217;s in Tax Law for non-lawyers. Enrollment requirements accommodate improving English skills over the first year. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-markjs=\"true\" class=\"mark28g0nguwq\" data-ogac=\"\" data-ogab=\"\" data-ogsc=\"\" data-ogsb=\"\" data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">TOEFL<\/span>:\u00a0<\/b>Beginning January 21, 2026, the\u00a0<span data-markjs=\"true\" class=\"mark28g0nguwq\" data-ogac=\"\" data-ogab=\"\" data-ogsc=\"\" data-ogsb=\"\">TOEFL<\/span>\u00a0iBT reports scores on a new 1\u20136 band scale. Applicants to the Two-Year LLM Program must achieve a minimum overall\u00a0<span data-markjs=\"true\" class=\"mark28g0nguwq\" data-ogac=\"\" data-ogab=\"\" data-ogsc=\"\" data-ogsb=\"\">TOEFL<\/span>\u00a0score of\u00a04.0, with a minimum of 3.5\u00a0on each individual section (Reading, Listening, Speaking, and Writing). For tests taken before January 21, 2026, applicants must achieve a minimum overall\u00a0<span data-markjs=\"true\" class=\"mark28g0nguwq\" data-ogac=\"\" data-ogab=\"\" data-ogsc=\"\" data-ogsb=\"\">TOEFL<\/span>\u00a0score of\u00a085\u00a0(0\u2013120 scale). Applicants who achieve a\u00a0<span data-markjs=\"true\" class=\"mark28g0nguwq\" data-ogac=\"\" data-ogab=\"\" data-ogsc=\"\" data-ogsb=\"\">TOEFL<\/span>\u00a0score equivalent to\u00a0100 or higher are eligible to enroll in bar-tested or tax electives during their first year of study.<\/p>\n<p><b>IELTS:\u00a0<\/b>Applicants must achieve a minimum overall IELTS score of\u00a05.5, with no individual band score below 5.0.
