Biography

Over the last fifteen years Ms. Behr has developed keen legal insight as a litigator, a law school instructor, and a judicial clerk. As an associate at Foley Hoag LLP and Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, Ms. Behr worked on complex civil and criminal matters, including several that went to trial. She also participated in her firms’ varied pro bono work. After leaving law practice, Ms. Behr taught legal writing in the Law School’s LLM program. Most recently, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable M. Page Kelley, United States Magistrate Judge for the District of Massachusetts. Ms. Behr received her J.D. from Yale Law School and her B.A., summa cum laude, from Northwestern University.
