Intellectual Property Conversation

  • All Day on Friday, October 7, 2016
The Intellectual Property group at Boston University invites you to participate in an intimate mini-conference on questions of “fair division” in copyright and patent.  The topic arises in regard to remedies (e.g., how to allocate an infringer’s profits), in regard to questions of ownership and co-authorship, and in regard to copyright’s special provisions that trump contract in an effort to secure fair remuneration for authors.
Location:
Boston University School of Law, 765 Commonwealth Avenue
