Michael Briggs (LLM’93) named senior vice president and general counsel of Mortgage Bankers Association
The Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) today announced the appointment of Michael W. Briggs (LLM in Banking & Financial Law’93) as senior vice president and general counsel. Briggs joins MBA from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), where he most recently served as Assistant General Counsel for the Consumer Law Section.
