Pardee School of Global Studies at Boston University, gave a recent lecture as part of\u00a0the Hamilton Hall Lecture Series on March 30, 2017 on the ongoing changes to Cuban politics and culture.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Amb. Hare, the\u00a0<\/span><span>the British ambassador to Cuba from 2001 to 2004, spoke at the lecture <\/span>held in Salem, MA. His lecture was entitled \u201cHow Much Is Cuba Changing?\u201d<\/p>\n<p><span>Amb. Hare also discussed the\u00a0outlook for Cuba\u00a0over the next decade including whether there be a transition away from the Castro regime. Amb.
