My name is Nikhil Saxena and I am from Pittsburgh, PA. I am in the Class of 2029, majoring in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/academics\/cas\/programs\/economics\/ba-in-computer-science-economics\/\">Computer Science &amp; Economics<\/a> with a minor in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/academics\/cas\/programs\/romance-studies\/minor-spanish\/\">Spanish<\/a> in the College of Arts and Sciences.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">On campus, I\u2019m involved in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/budebatesociety\/?hl=en\">BU Debate Society<\/a>, where I compete in APDA-style debate against other schools across the country; the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bucasstugov.org\/advocacy\">CAS Student Government Advocacy Committee<\/a>, where I work on initiatives to improve student life; and AI Safety and Alignment, where I explore the role of AI safety in different industries. When I\u2019m not in class or at a club, I enjoy running and trying new restaurants around Boston.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Kilachand has been a formative part of my time at BU.\u00a0I\u2019ve\u00a0met some of the smartest, most motivated, and most fun people through KHC events and opportunities. The seminars and co-curriculars have allowed me to explore subjects I would not have\u00a0encountered\u00a0otherwise.
