I am originally from Portland, OR but have been in Boston for the last 6 years, first pursuing my bachelor&#8217;s degree in biomedical engineering from Boston University, than working as a research technician at the Harris Orthopedics Laboratory at Massachusetts General Hospital for a couple years before starting my graduate studies. My academic interests lie in the fields of microbiology, virology, infectious disease, and therapeutics development.
