Kilachand students benefit from exposure to a variety of ideas and approaches toward solving major problems through coursework, co-curricular events, and experiential opportunities.
The Kilachand Experiential Learning Program offers students opportunities to learn outside traditional academic classrooms, that is, to learn by doing and reflecting on the experience of doing. Kilachand students may take advantage of internships, undergraduate research, study abroad, and other experiential learning programs at Boston University in addition to unique opportunities supported by Kilachand.
Each summer we provide funding through our Kilachand Internship Program (KIP) to support students who identify an internship or design a project with an organization focused on social justice work. Read more about our students' summer experiences.
