Our 2015 administrator training sessions are scheduled! These sessions are intended to provide continuing guidance to administrators and hosts on both basic and advanced topics.\u00a0 Please review the options below and mark your calendars.\u00a0 We look forward to seeing you.<\/p>\n

Session Descriptions<\/h3>\n

NEW SESSION! J-1 Exchange Visitors:<\/b>\u00a0 Regulatory changes update<\/b> \u2013 will provide overview of new regulations pertaining to J-1 exchange visitors and related ISSO process changes.<\/p>\n

Inviting an International Scholar: Process Basics<\/b> \u2013 will provide an introduction to the scholar process, including an in-depth review of the required intake forms and an overview of the appointment and visa process.<\/p>\n

Working with International Scholars:\u00a0 Advanced Topics<\/b> \u2013 will provide information about changes in activity\/employment, U.S. permanent residence and more complicated immigration issues.<\/p>\n

J-1 Exchange Visitor Overview<\/b> \u2013 will provide an overview of the J-1 visa category and sponsorship requirements.<\/p>\n

H-1B Temporary Worker Overview<\/b> – will provide an overview of the H-1B temporary visa category and\u00a0sponsorship requirements.<\/p>\n
