He is currently teaching courses including <em>Introduction to Environmental Science,\u00a0Energy and Environmental Policy Analysis<\/em> and <em>Regional Energy Modeling. <\/em>He also serves as the Director for the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bu.edu\/earth\/education\/professional-masters-programs\/\">Center for Energy and Environmental Studies<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>With a grant from the Initiative, Kaufmann enters Phase II of an ongoing project on energy efficiency at <a href=\"http:\/\/madison-park.org\/\">Madison Park Village<\/a>.
