Tom is an innovative entrepreneur and educator who is passionate about helping other entrepreneurs succeed.  He has extensive experience designing and implementing accelerator, leadership development, and mentoring programs, in addition to building high performing teams.  Tom has founded two startups–one that offered software and content to help higher ed students achieve their goals by forming support networks of mentors and advisors, and another that launched an accelerator program for early-stage founders to run experiments that generated data to test their ideas.

Before that, he led the content teams at two venture-backed EdTech companies that created training programs and matched mentors for clients like Walmart, Wells Fargo, Capital One, Visa, Twitter, USAA, and Equinox. He earned his master’s degree in education entrepreneurship from the University of Pennsylvania and graduated from Boston University with a BS in journalism. Tom is excited to be back at BU where he works with Terrier entrepreneurs to develop, launch, and scale their ideas.
