Owen Purnomo

Originally from Indonesia, Owen Purnomo is enthusiastic and passionate about Hospitality and Business. Before joining the BU community Owen had a career in the culinary world in Paris, France working in Michelin Star, private dinning, and boutique restaurants. Owen truly believes that food plays a major role in our culture and daily lives, yet also causes problems such as global warming, health issues and unethical practices. Having expertise in this area Owen sees these problems as opportunities to innovate for a better future.
