The Idea Incubator is the perfect way to foster your entrepreneurial skills and develop ideas that can grow into viable ventures. The eight-week program provides students with the opportunity to get involved with Innovate@BU and generate ideas that have a real-world impact.
For many students, the Idea Incubator is more than an opportunity to generate ideas; it’s a chance to receive feedback and mentorship on the direction of their ventures.
“The Idea Incubator helped refine my idea by clarifying the market gap and emphasizing user needs. It also pushed me to validate my assumptions through research and feedback,” shares Rinat Rizvanov (CAS’27).
Participants like Minseo Choi (Questrom’26) developed the concept for her startup in the Idea Incubator, and went on to be accepted into the Innovation Pathway program soon after. “We’re excited to take the next steps in building our venture,” Minseo remarks.
Rinat also hopes to join the Innovation Pathway or Summer Accelerator program to take his entrepreneurial journey to the next level. “I’d be interested in exploring other programs to further develop and scale my idea,” Rizvanov said.
