  • All Day Deadline: First Year Innovation Fellowship Application

    Are you bursting with new ideas that you want to turn into something real? Maybe you're curious and want to better understand a social problem? Incoming Terriers are invited to apply to Innovate@BU’s First-Year Innovation Fellowship (FYIF) program to pursue their passion for innovation and entrepreneurship. A small cohort of accepted students will be provided with seed money, coaching, and resources to transform their ideas into impact.

  • 10:00 AM Innovation & Entrepreneurship Bootcamp 101

    Are you interested in engaging in something entrepreneurial and creating impact? Do you have an idea and have been wondering how to take it forward? Or, have you been working on an idea but have not had formal training on best practices? In this 2-day immersive bootcamp (10am-5pm on both days), you will learn the process and important techniques to help you identify meaningful innovation opportunities, start building your venture (for-profit or non-profit), and optimize the success of your venture. This is offered as a remote program.

    Innovate@BU has partnered with the YMCA of Greater Boston and other Boston-based leading organizations to host a challenge focused on addressing food insecurity for individuals aged 19-26. Come learn more about the spring challenge, network with peers, hear from community experts addressing food insecurity, and work on ideas!

The Sustainability Innovation Seed Grant program is an opportunity for students to be part of a movement. With grant funding and resources offered by BU Sustainability and Innovate@BU, students are empowered to kick-start a project or develop an intervention that tackles the leading sustainability challenges facing Boston University.
