When you're creating, promoting, and selling your product, you need to focus on them first: a specifically targeted audience is the basis of any business, both large and small. In this workshop you will learn how to define a portrait of your ideal customers and answer very important questions: What? Who? Why? When? Where? Additionally, you'll learn how to retain you established customers and gain new ones!

    The YMCA of Greater Boston is dedicated to improving the health of mind, body, and spirit of individuals and families in our communities. We welcome men and women, boys and girls of all incomes, faiths and cultures. We will purposefully build bridges between diverse groups of people and demand equity for all, in order to create a community and nation free of racism, inequities, and inequality. We will create programs, services, and spaces where everyone is seen, heard, and safe. Innovate@BU invites BU students and the class of 2022 alumni to put forward solutions to systemic problems faced by refugees and migrants in the Greater Boston area for the chance to win $10,000 in funding. Ideas may be at any stage of development, from ideation to implementation.
